Netflix's The Whisper Man Tops US Charts

Robert De Niro's new film, The Whisper Man, is currently the number one movie on Netflix in the United States. According to data from FlixPatrol reported by ScreenRant, the crime thriller holds the top spot in the platform's US Top 10 Movies list.

Globally, the film ranks second, trailing only the 26-minute preview Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look. Because this preview is not a feature film, The Whisper Man effectively leads the worldwide rankings for full-length movies.

This Netflix release comes ahead of another major project for the actor. In November, De Niro will return to the role of Jack Byrnes in Focker-in-Law for the first time in over fifteen years.
