OceanVeil will simulcast the television anime adaptation of Okumaro's Now That I Can Control Reality With A Mouse Cursor, I’m Gonna Click Away On The Girls! manga on September 11. According to a press release via Ota-Suke, the platform also announced a September 3 debut for the English dub of Marika's Love Meter Malfunction.

WWWave Corporation's streaming service made the announcements on August 28. The main cast and staff for both anime series were also revealed.

Mouse Cursor Anime Details

The story follows Takumi, an ordinary otaku who discovers his computer mouse cursor has manifested in the real world. The cursor is invisible to others. He tests his new power on his childhood friend Mone, using it to slip between gaps in her clothes. A floating context menu appears with controls like "Cut," "Paste," and "Double Sensitivity Mode."

Keeping the power secret proves difficult. Accidental wardrobe malfunctions and mysterious classmates complicate Takumi's life. The anime is described as setting off a wild, slapstick chain reaction.

The main voice cast for the series includes Jigokubozu as Takumi Matsuo and Ruka Fujihira as Mone Himeno. Supporting roles feature Yuki Fujimiya as Mirei Aida and Shigo no Lady as Kaoru Nishimiya.

Makoto Sokuza is directing the anime at Studio Hōkiboshi. Eeyo Kurosaki is overseeing the series scripts, and Minakawa Akapiv is the character designer. The anime is part of the AnimeFesta programming block in Japan.

It will debut on Japanese television on October 4 at 25:00 on Tokyo MX and BS11, which is effectively October 5 at 1:00 a.m. Streaming on AnimeFesta in Japan begins earlier, on September 11. Okumaro began serializing the manga on the ComicFesta service in March 2024. Suiseisha will publish the manga's fourth compiled volume on September 18.

Marika's Love Meter English Dub

The English dub for Marika's Love Meter Malfunction will premiere on OceanVeil on September 3 at 10:00 a.m. PDT. The series follows timid high schooler Kanata Kitami, who gains the ability to see "love meters" floating beside every girl he meets.

A major problem arises. The love meter for his popular childhood friend Marika Chitose is broken and sitting in the negatives. Kanata misinterprets this, not realizing Marika's affection is so overwhelming it broke the system. Her secret room is plastered with his photos.

The English dub cast features Ciarán Strange as Kanata Kitami and Kelsey Jaffer as Marika Chitose. The anime initially streamed early in Japan on AnimeFesta on March 13. Its television broadcast on Tokyo MX and BS11 began on April 5.

Rin Komugi's manga launched in 2024. Suiseisha publishes it digitally and started print volumes on April 17. The third volume debuted on June 18.
